It’s very important to have your booking code ready for any requests you make, as it’s necessary to access our website, along with your last name. You can also save your Viva account information in your browser to make the process even simpler and faster.

To check in on Viva, provide the requested information, select the trip for which you want to confirm your travel, wait for the validation, and then obtain your boarding pass. Download it, and you’re all set!

Viva Aerobus App

Have all the information you need about your flight right in the palm of your hand. Receive flight alerts and promotions tailored for you through our app. You can also make changes to your booking easily and check in for your flight to any of our destinations with the Viva app.

Simply go to your app store, and depending on your phone’s operating system (Android or iOS), download the app, and enter your login information. Then, go to the check-in option, and in less than 2 minutes, you’ll be ready to go.

If sending a message seems easier to you, we have Vivabot at your service, a virtual assistant that sends you reminders before your flight and allows you to get your QR code for boarding in a matter of seconds.

When Can I Check-In?

The days when you can check in with Viva depend on the type of travel you’ve chosen, which is directly related to the combo you selected (fare and baggage). Here are the details so you can prepare for a great flying experience:

  • Zero Fare: From 4 hours before your flight (1 personal item).
  • Light Fare: From 8 hours before your flight (1 personal item + 1 10 kg hand baggage).
  • Smart Fare: From 10 days before your flight (1 personal item + 1 22 lb hand baggage + 1 55 lb checked baggage).

What If I Couldn’t Check-In Before My Flight Day?

Don’t worry. If for any reason you couldn’t check in through any of our platforms, visit the counter 2 hours before your domestic flight or 3 hours before your international flight for assistance with check-in and baggage drop if needed.
